App may be offline for short time – doing update in all regions

We are doing an application update on all locations and the app may not work on your TV for about few minutes.

We expect all regions to be updated no later than 01:00 CET time on 8 November 2017. Sorry for the caused inconvenience and thank you for understanding.

Technical difficulties in most regions

We are having technical difficulties in most regions and are working on fixing this ASAP.

If you get “Can not access service” or get “Service offline” messages then it’s most likely related to this.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Update in support policy

To make sure each client gets fastest and best possible support, we made some changes to our support policy:

  1. Please check the Knowledge base before oppenning a support ticket.
  2. To get support please write in clear English and describe with as much details as possible.
  3. Only 1 (one) ticket per request/issue per client. Oppenning many tickets will get them closed.
  4. Always include affected TV MAC or Order Number. In case of MAC change, give us the OLD TV MAC and the NEW TV MAC.

Otherwise you may experience delays in support.

M3u playlists are now supported

Due to popular demand we have added m3u playlist support in the app.

All users having a license can use it at no extra cost.

To use the app with m3u playlist, change the Portal URL to an m3u playlist and the app will load the playlist automatically.

 

 

 

How to change the Portal

Warning: TV pause, Timeshift, EPG, Reminders, etc. will NOT work when m3u playlist is loaded as a Portal.

To get best experience with the app you need to have a Stalker Portal.

Second Portal option now added in the app

Tired of switching between providers and changing the Custom Portal all the time?

Now you can have a second Portal available in the app.

All customers with active license will get it, for all TV platforms at no extra charge.

WebOS 1.2 and 2.x is now released worldwide, in all regions.

Let us know your region (Country and State if in the USA or Canada) via a Ticket if you still get the Coming soon message.

Update on the LG beta testing

Dear all,

Due to the volume of question and tickets regarding the LG release – here is the info you need to know:

– LG Netcast 2 has limited support – not all TV’s will work.

– LG Netcast (3.x and newer) is supported and released worldwide.

– LG WebOS 1 and 2 are not available in all regions – they soon will be.

– LG WebOS 3 (and newer) is supported and released worldwide.

LG app private Beta testing in progress

Dear clients, partners and guests,

We are currently performing closed Beta testing of our LG app for Netcast TV (3.x and newer) and WebOS TV (3.x and newer including 2017 models) therefore if you want to participate in the test we would be grateful if you login and open a ticket and give us feedback.

Also if the app does not appear in the Store of your TV please let us know your TV’s coutry (and state if in USA/Canada). All participants in the beta testing will receive special pricing valid for lifetime license of the app.
