Firmware of your STB is outdated message

Update 5 April 21:30 CET time: 

The bug causing “Firmware outdated” is fixed in all locations, please make sure to unplug your TV from Power for few minutes to clear cache and start the app again.

We are sorry for the caused inconvenience.

There is some issue with some Portals and only with older VEWD and STA platforms (older Philips, Toshiba, HiSense TV’s etc.)

DNS Problems in some regions

The app is cloud based and finds the nearest working app server with the help of a DNS. If you get Error 503 or 504, please unplug your TV and Internet router for few minutes from Power. If you still get this problem, please put DNS server of 8.8.8.8 onto your TV, this way you will always get a working app server quickly and seamlessly.

Amazon FireTV and Firestick support

We are glad to announce full support of the Amazon FireTV devices including the famous Fire Stick (3rd generation made in 2017 and newer), the Fire Cube TV’s that have FireTV build in and others.

All new platforms enjoy 30 days Trial if activated before the end of February 2021. 

The app is now supported on some older high-end Android devices like Sony TV’s that run Android version 7.1

There is also great improvement in our app infrastructure for India and South America regions including Brazil.

New app version and Android TV

We are glad to announce new global app version with Android TV support.

 

To get new version, exit the app from Settings or from Portal Settings and then STB settings and then start it again.

 

New version fixes many bugs with popular Portals, improves app spped across all locations and adds D-Pad overlay menu for Android TV’s with small remotes that contain few keys.

 

Providers can now get basic info about user’s TV (Make and model, via “smart_device” cookie) thus making sure Portals give out the best streams for this TV device.

 

All Android TV users can enjoy 30-days trial if they activate the app before 15th of December 2020. The Android TV app will work best with TV’s and devices that have digital tuner build in since it uses this decoder for best possible quality decoding of IPTV signal.

Custom portals not loading

Please read this carefully if you have problems loading your custom Portals.

Since recently, some popular middleware platforms decided to push out an update which specifically blocks our app from accessing the Portals.

This is done, because those platforms now have their own “solution” that want to force users to use.

We never block (or have control over) any Portals, so the information that we are doing blocking is wrong.

In case your Portal does not load, please check and make sure that the Demo (Embedded) Portal loads, and then ask your IPTV Provider to unblock our app by following this instruction:
